1. Definitions
For Seven Steps Services Plumbing Services, “Company” is the appropriate term.
The term “customer” describes the person or business using the company’s services.
The term “Services” describes the plumbing services that the business offers.
2. Work Scope
As specified in the work order or quotation, the company will supply the customer with plumbing services. In the event of uncontrollable circumstances, the company has the right to alter or terminate the services.
3. Terms of Payment
The client consents to pay the business the full sum specified in the work order or proposal.
Unless otherwise agreed, payment is payable when the services are completed.
cash, credit card, or bank transfer are accepted by the company.
4. Policy for Cancellations
A cancellation fee will be assessed if the customer cancels the services with less than the notice time frame.
– The customer will get a complete refund if the company has to cancel the services because of unanticipated circumstances.
5. Liability and Warranty
The business guarantees that the services will be rendered with appropriate skill and attention. The maximum amount that the company can be held responsible for any losses or damages resulting from the services.
– By violating these terms and conditions, the customer agrees to hold the company harmless from any claims, losses, or costs.
6. Property Rights
All intellectual property rights to the company’s services, including any materials, plans, or drawings, are retained.
7. The Law that governs
The laws of Singapore shall govern the interpretation and enforcement of these terms and conditions. Dispute resolution procedures, such as arbitration or mediation will be used to settle any disagreements resulting from these terms and conditions.
Modifications to the Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions are subject to change at any moment by the Company without prior notice.
The Customer certifies that they have read, comprehended, and accepted these Terms and Conditions by using the Company’s services.
